This is a serious issue and i advice to download/install/update your anti-virus and scan the PC for possible threats of pop up Ads on GameRanger that claims to be a Microsoft which is FALSE and do not react on it!

What's RansomWare?
It locks your computer that prevents you to use it and it also steals your files.
