Like and dislike notifications maybe?

Hello everyone,
After making a post,how can i know that who liked or dislike my post..?Or in anyother posts there is a line (Up=green and Lower=red),so how can we know that who liked and who disliked this...

You can't see who Like/Dislike you neither administrators can't, it only shows your reputation. You can see how much you got Likes/Dislikes when you move your curser to that bar.

Well,that's kinda sad...

I think its good to be hided here cuz some guys may be angry on people who dislike them cuz you know people dont like that. Its better to keep it all friendly and no abuses around here.
